Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for choosing HairStyle Originals! Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request meets our policy guidelines, we’ll be happy to assist you.
General Conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A valid reason must be provided for returns or exchanges.
- No returns or exchanges will be processed after 5 days of delivery.
- Products are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been colored, chemically treated, or damaged due to post-purchase styling.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
- Products purchased during sales or with discounts
- Items bought at pop-up events, exhibitions, or during in-studio trials
- Products that have been colored, chemically treated, or damaged due to post-purchase styling
Important Instructions:
- Ensure the product is in its original condition. Used or altered items (washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or brushed for curly/wavy hair) will not be accepted.
- Record an unboxing video before opening the courier seal to document any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective items require valid video proof.
- Include your order number and contact number on the return package.
- INR 200 will be deducted from all returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping, and packaging.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we’ll process your refund promptly. Refunds are typically issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Processing Time:
- Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to expedite the process and keep you informed every step of the way.
Exchanges and Alternative Solutions:
- While we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time, if you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately. If you have any questions or need assistance with selecting a replacement product, our customer service team is here to help.
Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may get delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However this not be considered as a valid reason for cancelation or refund.
